1. Place all the .db files into a directory that contains ws_watch.

2. Rename your WS_WATCH.INI file located in your Windows directory
   or WINNT directory to anything.

2. Execute WS_Watch with the working directory set to the directory
   where the .db files are located.

3. Provided you did it correctly, you can double click on nets to
   change maps.
